Anyone else see The Uprising on animal planet?

I grew up watching animal planet and idolizing Steve. I stopped watching animal planet around the time meerkat manor came out...

i agree. maybe we should all wite letters/email them and tell them, because animal planet was all i ever watched since i was about 3. now i never watch it anymore because all it is is crap.

Yeah same. I watched it 24/7 when most kids my age were watching blues clues I was watching Croc Hunter

I grew up on animal planet, now if I want a quality show I watch discovery instead. The show Life is awesome, I guess animal planet realized that they can't compete with such an amazingly filmed series as that...so they play Pit Boss. The only show I still watch is Animal Cops, I always valued that show for what it was. The only problem with Animal Cops is that its not a relaxing show, it makes you (at least me) really ticked off when you see what some people do to the animals.

I doubt they would listen. They're doing very well now with all these reality shows and these shows that are supposed to scare people.

they went from shows targeting kids to shows targeting or scaring senior's I really believe the HSUS is behind it !

i was also watching animal planet and they were showing the asian carp problem in Illinois and some dumbass said they jump out of the water because they want to hurt people on purpose that they like to hurt people when the reason that they jump out is the noise from the motors on the boats its a flleing response and some people just dont get it if you dont want to get busted upside your head then stay home

I did'nt see the show yet and I probably won't after reading this thread but Mike B gave me a thought;it's interesting how we can just about empty the oceans of fish due to overfishing but we cant rid a waterway of some jumping carp.

Well people love tuna but canned carp isn't exactly the most popular supermarket item
