A 19 year old is, in my book, a child.
When a child goes so wrong, it is everybody 's fault, al large ( not mine, not yours, personnally,).
The harshness young people have judging others is normal, i know, but will allways amaze me.

One,we are not in past times so that point is moot.
Two, when you have children older than that then yes, you consider them children.
