anyone ever owned jbj filter with built in uv light

Did you make sure you well lubed all the o-rings? My hw-303 came well lubed. This being the only filter on your 125 gal.?

yes this is the only filter on my 125. the filter is supposed to power a 150 gallon.no i did not lube it. it wasnt actually the pipes leaking the parts where it clamps down were leaking.

yea it stopped pretty quick i think i might have overflowed it with the automatic prime

I bought 2 off ebay - mine both pump at 528 gph - Price came to just over $200 after shipping for 2 of them.

They work great too. My outlets are fitted with angled jet ends (I removed the spray bars), and they make a serious current in my 150 gal.

I figure $200 ain't bad for almost 1060 gallons per hour of filtration!!
