Anyone ever seen pics of a blue pike?

I have read about a this fish. It's basically a Walleye, lived in Great lakes but now extinct. There is a reward if you catch one.

Here's a normal and a blue caught in Ontario.

They have a $500 reward if you catch one. Good thing it's not more or else it'll trigger a fishing frenzzy and then the Blue Pike will be 110% instinct.

Also keep in mind that there is some walleyes in the great lakes area that are not the blue pike but a "blue phase" of the yellow pike or walleye. They are NOT consider the Blue Pike species.

It's too bad these were fished out. I have heard they are just walleyes, but the different behavior suggests different species to me.

Judged on looks alone it does appear to be a walleye.
