Anyone ever tried these combos?

Oh, when I said 3 I mean I would add 3 first see how they do with the severum for a week at most, and then pick up another 2-3. If I do get discus I plan on keeping 5 MINIMUM. Would the problem with severum and discus be the bioload or aggression?
The problem with geos is the only species Id put in a 75 are Red Head and I don't see those very often, that's why Id opt for something similar but smaller like rams if I go with a non-discus tank.

A. Yes
B. True
C. ?

Redheads rule. I scored 3 at my LFS first time I saw them and they are hit n miss availability here too.

WHen you say yes and true do you mean yes they will work or wont?
If I find decent-sized Read Heads at my lfs I definitely will pick up a few, but right now discus are my priority.

+1 on the Red Head Tapajos and Severum combo. 5 Tapajos and 1 Severum would work well in a 75.

If I decide that I cant go discus I think I may go for a severum and angelfish tank, not sure if I can include RHT into that but more incite needed.

Problem being the key word to the question. Bioload or aggression could end the experiment. Like you, I get others opinions before trying some ideas. There are always will/won't work answers. I listen, sometimes ?. The multi choice response is just my smart alec side showing.
There is science behind our hobby but our scientific process doesn't always follow the defined observable and repeatable definition. Because what worked for me didn't work for you or vice versa.

Ahh I see.
Well since you guys are much more knowledgeable than I am, would you all recommend that I try and test my luck and see if this works? I will have plans to rehome either or if it does not work. Bioload may not be a problem as I am able to do WC 2-3 times a week. 33-50% WC a week sound like a good way to keep nitrates under 10ppm?

Okay I'm really torn between Discus or Salad, the only excuse I would have to rehome Salad was if he was aggressive to the other fish. Most likely may end up going with discus and see how that plays out but if not I have a planned stocking of

1 sev
2 angels
Geophagus Rht? How many?
or
Rams? How many?
Cories? Hm?
Schooling fish? What kind? How many?
