Anyone Excited For The Iphone 6?

Looks to be starting at $80 month. But even if the phone was free to me I would still have to pay $80 a month and the difference is I am not stuck in a contract.
 
I have never been the one to go out and buy a new phone or the "best" phone, or the nicest jeans, shirts, etc. To me it's a waste of money. I had my last phone for 4 years, when it died I got a free replacement, twice, not sure how thou. The third time they wanted $100 and I said no way because at the time on Amazon the S4 was $99. Then a few months with a broken screen comes Black Friday at BB online. I'm not a BF shopper either, just came across an ad online. I got the S4 for FREE, so I will use this phone till it dies unless my company will buy me the new Note 4 so I can use it to access my work network while I work from home, etc. Not sure how old most of the people are that but the new iphones etc. but after they age some and you sit down and think about all the money wasted just to have the best phone, best shoes, clothes, etc. you will then know how much money you wasted over the years when a cheaper phone or free phone would do mostly the same things. Once you leave school you no longer need to worry about yourself being cool. Most of the features on these new phones go unused anyways, but some people just like to say my phone can do this and yours cant, etc. And the phone bills aren't cheap either and now they have plans that cost more money per month so you can upgrade sooner, forget that. Doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

Agreed 100% If my company didn't pay for my phone I would have dump flip phone. Only thing I would miss is easy key pad for texting but I would get along fine.

I had a flip 3 phones ago, worked for what I needed it to do. Since my job pays for the cell bill, I don't complain but if they ever decided not to pay, so long S4 and data plan.

I have more money to do other things more important in life :)
