I cant see why not unless it is messy or oily. I am a big fan of tilapia myself

Can't see why not cost is always a thought tho ....

I feed pollock and tilapia. my rays and aros like it.

Pollock is very cheap. Was 15 bucks for 10 lbs

Im trying to slow down their shrimp intake too much $$$$$ lol

Wow, that's frickin' cheap. I thought Tilapia @ double that price was cheap but I was comparing to shrimp.

Hmm, just looked. Nowhere near that cheap here.

I always used Tilapia as the primary food source along with prawn and crawlers. Tilapia around here is 12 bucks for 4 pounds. I will have to see what pollock is priced at later when I head to store to restock. Even if the rays won't eat it, I will.:)

Quick derail, are cooked shrimp ok, or should I really be doing raw?

Any kind of salt water fish is better then tilapia. Tilapia you buy in the store is most likely farm raised and you know what they do to farm raised animals. I have fed my rays different kinds of fish before with no problems.
