I recieved a letter from Westway Ford Dealership in Texas saying that if my numbers match the scratcher, I could win either $10,000.00 or $100.00 or a $1,000.00 shopping spree. Well I scratched and won the $1,000.00 shopping spree. I drove an hour to get there knowing the whole time this has got to be a scam. Well when I got there,a salesman wanted to know what car I would like to buy, I said, sorry I have 2 fords already just want my prize. He went to go talk to his manager and I looked over to my right and saw a sign that listed actual winnings. Well I won an "online" shopping spree. I smell a major scam now. The manager comes over and says "Im sorry , we ran out of the winning shoppimg sprees." I laughed and said, how the hell do you run out of shopping sprees. He said they are vouchers. So Im thinking now that this is a scam that I have to sign up for tons of spam and get to spend the money on their over priced stuff "IF" I qualify. Well he said that I could come back to get it on friday. I said NO mail it to me on friday. So we will see. I am so pissed @ Ford Motor Company right now for screwing and average Joe. So if anyone gets this letter, be forewarned that it is an online type of scam, dont waste your time going to the dealer, just tell them to mail it and you will fax your info. Dont fall for this crap like I did.

What do you expect from a car salesman?

You should feel violated. Oh, wait, you do! LOL

Another reason for going there is that it said no purchase necassary. That can be used ina court of law. I just wantr to be a pain in their asses for this crap and Im the kind of idiot that will waste my time doing it. Besides there is a cool lfs near there so not all will be wasted.
