I've never had a tortoise although leopards have always interested me. I used to have some box turtles but we let them go (caught them in the yard anyway so it's cool). Except the three-toeds; they escaped and I was very sad.

they used to sell animals on saturdays and sundays at this chinese grocery store in socal.
now they only sell goldfish and birds..
