Anyone good at physics?

It depends on what courses you guys are talking about. The lower division courses weren't too bad but once I hit upper division quantum it got to be pretty hard. Still fun and glad I studied it

Physics and 3D geometry were my favorite subjects in school. I took physics I/II and Calculus II/III in college as fillers in my freshman year instead of art classes. Quantum physics sounds very interesting, but didn't get a chance to study it.

OP, go through your book materials and see how far can you get with those questions.

I found it only interesting from a top level where you just learn the concepts. Once you start doing the math its just math.

Math is the language of the universe, tough to get very far in science without it.

Didn't say its not important. Id be the last person to say that. Its the meaning behind the numbers that I care about. Math all by itself is just not my thing

Hello; The public school systems pretty much stopped my including actual math problems with equations to solve on exams. I briefly taught freshman level physical science and geology at a small college and included problems in the exams. Some of the students complained about this and one went to the dean and tried that route to get me to stop. The dean backed me up thou and I included problems. I did hand out sheets printed with all the possible equations to make it a bit easier. Some were so poorly prepared from their public school experience that they did not make it.

There is tons of resources out there to learn physics. These don't seem like hard problems either. Just think, when it comes time to take a quiz/exam you are not gonna have a forum giving you the answers. It is best to learn it and understand it on your own. I see so many people do lousy on quizzes and exams and that is because they rely on the book or friends to give them answers but do not have a knowledge/understanding of it at all. And if you are struggling with the easier stuff, it only gets harder. You need to understand the lower stuff or you won't make it with the more challenging problems.

Actually I will because it's take home tests LOL. And I'm just really bad at math. Don't know why, basic math I get but anything past that I just for understand.
