Just curious about your experiences with this piranha because ive had mine for about 2 months in a 29 gal. in my college dorm and hes not aggressive at all.

Mine just hides behind his plants, i even put a convict in with him so that he might cheer up and move around.
The convict has been in with the P for about a month now, and he challenges the piranha all the time. But yes he is missing alot of his tail now
If I would you I would do is
1. Set your temp higher to 82f (piranha are active with high temp)
2. 29gallon are to small and it will stunt it grow, due to Serra is a slow grow anyways.
3. Remove some to all decoration for him to have room to swim.
4. Most piranha doesn't like bright light, I would dimmed your light.
5. Don't feed him every day, every other day is good.

O yea, and the only thing hes eaten so far is: half a zebra cichlid, 4 serpae tetras, and part of the convicts tail.
