Anyone got free plants in socal? I'm currently trying to breed my c. gachua's and i need plants to get them to breed, from what I understand. I'll take any kind of plants. It would help if you live around my city, Rowland heights 626. Please PM me as it's easier to see that I got a msg. thanks! -Jeff.

I'll shoot it to you for cheap if i can make it happen. So, for it to happen, you wanna donate me some plants? Go to the fishstore and buy some for me?

Dude, if you hook me up like Phil, I can grow out a crap load of aponogetons for you to use.

Big leaves, and they grow tall, so it should be perfect! ;)

Start growin and lemme know :)

Besides that, I'm not looking for plants that'll die, preferrably if you have something that is absolutely low light or very easy to care for such as anubias, crypts, egeria, hygro, microsorum, or any other plants that fit in the category of lowlight/veryeasy care. Let's get my gachuas to mate!

To add onto that, I forgot to mention I'm not using aquatic soil substrate, nor am i dosing ferts. So please get me some plants that can take neglection! - and live. :)

y not go and buy some ? there cheap as chips and no plant will live for a period of time without and substrate or ferts. u need either substrate or ferts. or u can place them in terracotta pots or seramic opots and fill just the pots with substrate.

according to aquaticplantcentral, those plants I named are under the very easy/low light group. I heard they can take a beating. But yea, if anything I only need them to last me for a few months to six months, i'm sure my gachua's will breed within that time period.

dude, the anubias are pretty tough... a little sunlight with no ferts, and no special substrate, and they're growing to 20" :)

I fed the last batch to my GG's, so I'll start growing more, and I'll let you know.
