Anyone got the banned list of fish for the UK???

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
wow thanks for clearing that up thats a list and a half,,,
yes i know that there not so worried about this but i think its poss for trops to survive

i agree some trops / temperate fish sold as trops could probably survive in the very south of the country ,esp with the mild winters we are having and considering more and more tropical saltwater fish are turning up on the shores of the south coast , but i dont think they would breed though. although some species have a way of proving us all wrong , like already said their is already breeding populations of red ear terrapins around the UK , there are many breeding colonies of ring neck parrots living in the south ,and there was even a group of dwarf caiman found living in marshland around sunderland , there is a couple of groups of wild bore confirmed (where the hell did these come from) ,the rivers already have loads of non-native carp inc. koi and goldfish ) so i wouldn't rule anything out

Wild boar are native to the UK...till we ate them all that is, lol. The ones about now have mostly escaped from farms. And it wont be long before we get hit by hell of a lot more bans, in fact i'm suprised we have been left alone this long considering labours love of outlawing hobbies...talk to anyone who hunts, shoots, likes riding/driving offroad, airsofting/paintball the list goes one...Left wing sanctioned ETHICAL hobbies ONLY thank you...and keeping fish trapped in a watery prison is not ethical! Dont forget we can now be procecuted for leaving our fish alone when I go on holiday...

yes theres been a lot of different fish appear along the southern coastline,
turtles and fish like the sunfish are showing up down around dorset!!!!!!
a lake next to my wifes work has terripins!!!!
ive also heard of wallabies making it after they were released by animal actavists
