yeah, shes about 8" now. The camera I own is crap and I cant get a decent pic without the flash and the flash drains the brightness out. Makes her look a lot less colorful than she really is. 1 of my favourite fish I have ever owned

Not true. After a couple generations of tank raised A. labs the huge lips go away. They're more a product of the environment. Used as a sort of "O-ring" to create suction to pull inverts out of tight places. Use them or lose them.

So by about F3 they go away? Thats amazing, I had no idea. I have always read about differences between citrinellum and labiatus so I could better identify them and I have never heard this. Then it is actually beneficial to get a F1 or F0 if you want those big lips. I want a F1 RD now.
