If you want to bring mike into the picture, most of his pups that I have seen on here have white spots even at birth. His breeding stock are pretty damn white as well so I have no idea why you're even bringing up Mike. Your BD in that first pic only has that slight hint of yellow. Barely enough to be even called yellow. Take a look at the BD from star of the amazon. Each and every one of their rays are completely solid black with pure white spots. Then take a look at regular leopoldis and honestly think about how each of them match up to each other. If you think they both still have yellow spots, then you're definitely missing some glasses. Proven the theory my ass, you can barely even speak honestly especially with your rediculously 5 pounds of salt per 2 gallons of water treatment a year ago. I don't even know if its possible to actually dissolve that much salt in that little water LOL. Go do a bit of research before you start regurgitating information. Carotene in shrimp shells, as well as in carrots, krill, and mealworm shells are all similar types of carotene. They enhance RED and ORANGE pigments, hence, shrimp turn orange when cooked, krill turn orange when dried, and carrots are just naturally orange. If your so called shrimp theory actually worked, your BD would already have the completely pure white spots. I dont know how enhancing red and orange pigments could end up making spots more white, but if you'd like to explain this, please, educate me. Put your crap in one post instead of trying to bump your damn post count damnit, its annoying to read.
