you try wrapping it up in towels for 20mins? unhook everything hd too. leave just the power cord turn it on and wrap it up. after 20 min let sit for awhile then plug it all back in it should work. it did for mine

mine has 1 ring . it has to do something with the Ethernet connection. something like that. will it still work?

That works by frying the solder on a certain connection that often comes loose. It sometimes works, but you can @%$& your X-box. Id only do it if you've tried everything else.
