Curious to see what Midas from Petsmart look like as adults? If you have one could you please post it? I apologize if there is already a thread.
Anyone have Adult "Midas" from Petsmart

I've been to petsmart a couple of times in these past few months, and have seen this lone midas absolutely grow big in one of their tanks. It really looks nice, unfortunately no space in my tanks for such a beast.
Like most hybrids they will vary in color, and overall looks. Some lean more towards midas, some more towards labiatus. Cam had or has one that looks more like a flowerhorn. It's a crap shoot at best, and will also depend on who the supplier is at any given time, or at any given store across North America.
They are a lot harder to find than I originally thought. I don't wanna buy them from Petsmart but I don't wanna spend $100 on shipping for Rapps.
There are midas & devils listed in the MFK classifieds on a regular basis.
For now you might want to cencentrate on getting some bigger tanks, by the looks of your recent shopping you're going to be needing them sooner than you think.

I'm in the process of downsizing about half of what I have. The ones I recently bought I am not all keeping, I will probably keep 2 of the best texas and 2 of the best vieja.
I need to get rid of:
2 Fh
1 Convict
1 Red Devil
2 parrots
Not that it's any of my damn business, but if that's the case why are you considering getting another RD, as well as considering picking up some argentea as mentioned in another thread? Do you have any idea how large & potentially nasty some of these fish get?
