Anyone have an underwater webcam?

I know the waterproof gopro webcam thing comes with housing, but it's tested to 100 feet so it would probably work fine.

If you want to get really technical you could call one of the public aquariums that have these in their tanks. A lot of them have webcams you can view online at all times.

you could use this . https://www.amazon.com/Eastvita-DC60-Capture-Adapter-Software/dp/B00W1KX2SO

then use a program like team viewer which would allow you to see things on your home computer from your phone ?? just brainstorming here ..in theory it would work ..

That would work, though if I'm doing that I'd just be better off getting the webcam with the USB on it already. That one I can set up to stream right out of the box. I'm just being picky about how it does so.

I've looked into GoPros, they are an option. Problem is they don't constantly stream and must be pulled out to swap the battery. They have a case that provides power and an HDMI cable, so it could stay underwater, but I have to wonder how much better that would be than just going with one that has the USB attached? Either way I'd have to figure out how to convert it.

As for asking the aquarium, that is a good idea. I suspect they have them all hooked up to a central server however, that would never be shut off.
