got a call for a lady kicked by a horse when i was riding the medic unit at work. she was walking her horse to the barn when it spun around and kicked her at the knee. she had to crawl to the other barn to call us. took her 2 hours!!! broke her leg in 3 places. happend at the end of april. she just stopped by our station, luckly on our shift, to thank us. she said she just got cleard to drive again!!!
like i said, cant trust those nasty, evil, vile creatures. only animal i am truly afraid of. swear it to be true!!!

For some reason when I think of a horse these are the last things that come to mind.

O and I'm afraid of heights and being shot with my own gun. Not like me shooting myself on accident, but being shot by someone with something that I bought. Kinda hard to explain exactly.

Princess... I can help you overcome your phobia... It may take me 9 months though... :naughty::ROFL:

oh har bloody har.

I think pregnant women should stay at home and keep quiet lol they walk around like they own the freaking place, no i am not giving up my seat on the bus, you got yourself in that position and i don't want your fluid smells near me.

Having worked in a nursery with 3 babies under 6 month when I was 16 put me off anything to do with babies. Adoption alllll the way :headbang2

* feel free to bump this thread when i'm pregnant lol

sharks frighten me. they fascinate me but i dont go in the sea anymore. oddly enough i love shark movies and documentries.

me too, they are beautiful and shark week is always a highly anticipated tv event for me (though they need to do more with actual footage of people getting attacked, in my opinion), but when I'm in the ocean, or yes I admit it even a lake, someone always has to be out further than me or I start to become frightened. The movie Jaws had a play in it, but I believe its the life-less eyes that freak me out.

I also do not like when people hold children over drops or ledges. I have no fear of heights or hanging over myself but I don't like people doing it with children, freaks me out to the point that they can see my concern.

When I was younger I was terrified of clowns (poltergeist, it). I even hit one as I screamed in tears some event when one came over to me, I was four or five. Thats a story I'll have to hear all my life.

theres no doubt about a horse being capable of hurting or killing someone.. its sheer size alone... the problem with a horse is that their first instinct is to flee if they are afraid... and because they react to that fleeing instinct... anything in their way is in danger.. but a trained horse does not do this..anymore then a trained dog does not bite.. there are risks with any animal... and proper training for the animal and the handler is a must...horses saved countless amount of lives in war time... and so many were sacraficed..as other animals..you can fear them but they should always be respected .

Hi,
This is probably going to sound really stupid but i hae a phobia of fish.
I've kept fish for almost ten years now and they still freak me out alot, shakey, fast heart beat.
Some fish I'm not to bad with, I couldn't go near the plec i had. When i sold it i had to go out of the room whilst he netted it.
One time i had a silver shark jump out of the tank at me, i legged it and had to get my dad to put it back in the tank. I'm 26 for gods sake, what a wuss lol

telephone poles and toothpicks,

toothpicks because im afriad ill choke on them and telephone polls because im affaid they will fall down and the wires will electracute me. >.<

that's not a very nice thing to say... i'd give my seat up for a pregnant woman on the bus. its called being respectful and realising that other people exist too. especially a pregnant woman who probably has sore feet and stuff. why should she stay at home and keep quiet anyway?
