Anyone have AT&T Uverse?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
That is possible, but I've left them and come back several times now, no issues or anything. Maybe I keep getting lucky but at this point I'll take it. I even dropped AT&T for cell service now and switched that to Comcast as well. Whole lot cheaper.

They were cheaper for us in the beginning, but after the first year contract was up it shot through the roof. Even after calling to tell them we would leave them if they didn't do something for us and getting a couple bucks here & there off we are still paying $221 per month bundle, and the only extras we have are 3 extra boxes and the higher tier internet speed.

It's just been problem after problem with them for us. Between 14 months of incorrect bills, customer service reps that lie left & right and say they will do something and never do it, constantly being charged for wrong equipment, having to reset our STB's almost every 10 days, remotes constantly going bad, and now them dropping channels like WFN out of the blue when we were paying for that channel that's just the last straw for us.

I truly hope you do keep having good luck with them because honestly I think you are the first person I have heard that has not had issues with Comcast, and I wouldn't wish the problems I have had with them on my worst enemy lol

fishguy306 fishguy306 did you ever try Dish? I was also looking into that but from what I read the reception is weather dependent which scares me off that a bit.
Yea, Dish and Direct TV go out anytime it rains...very frustrating.

I did not, though an ex's parents had it. As W Warborg said, any weather and it gave them issues. These days I don't have cable at all, I'm just using Netflix and Kodi to watch what I want.
