So I found this guy selling some Indo Dats.. He wants 300$ for a 9'' female thats 3 years old (supposly he seen a tube come down but not eggs) And $450 for a 14" male thats 4years old. Both indo dats.. But I got him to sell both for 600$. Do you think this is a good deal? Or shuold I maybe look for a smaller male somewhere else, and buy the female from him.. I heard the male needs to be smaller.. And is there such thing as buying a fish too old so they cant breed?? What should I do guys? Buy them and try to breed them.. Or sould I maybe have 3 9" females and 1 6" male..???

We're just messing with you.. No one has been able to breed Indos, they are all wild caught my friend. Frontosas, on the hand are bred in captivity all the time.

You can't even tell Orino or Mono. How can you tell male or female dat?

I honestly beleive I can breed dats.. Put a little Al green on, throw on a black light, cover the tank with towels.. Bada Boom Bada bang.. baby dats.. No problem.. cant b that hard.. Its freaking nature!!!

well it has never been recorded that they have been breed EVER why else do you think widebars cost so much? the only way i think u could do it is fence off a part off the amazon with the dats then MAYBE lol
