Killin Parrots was originated from Taiwan by Mr. Chan Cheng Foo in early 2006. Their water temperature is 25~32 degC and PH at 6~8.

When someone at another forum claimed that he was the one who founded/created the Killin parrots, it was nothing but a load of liar & bulls.....do you know who am I refering too?

the god part of these guys is, i noticed a few, including mine, had perfectly normal mouths.

selective breeding of those guys may eventually produce ones that have a normal mouth, and dont need to crush food with their throat as a normal parrot does, correct???

while i admit, the deformity does add to their look, and most are able to eat fine, would be nice to see them bred to not have this.

Im not sure i trust what information breeders release.I think that a killin is what ever a midas/devil is crossed with to make a parrot. Just replaced midas/devil with a FH.

im going to lean twords these guys are a bit nasty, atleast to smaller fish.

had an x-ray tetra thats been in the tank since cycling since i had nowhere for him to go. living great with everyone, including the parrot, the aro (rip) and a jellybean before moving.......until i put the kilin in. needless to say, i just found 1/2 his body missing:irked:

smaller fish= bad idea
