Occasionally exotic fishshop will have them, watch that site and eventually you’ll find one for sale
They are seasonal so email one if the online stores like aqua-imports and ask what time of the year the electric eel shows up on their import list. Online vendors do generally get them in the same time of year
Steve has one right now on his website Exotic Fish Shop. Post some pics when the fish is situated!
