reptech you gotta read this, lol, imagine the ornamental on your arm and being scared so it starts webbing and your like now what wtf lol.softturtle;59630; said:I got hit twice by the Usambara orange baboon. I think thats what she does for fun. She is about 4.5-5 in. The actual wound hurt more than the vemon. Took a hit from my cobalt when it was about 3 in. Stung like a mutha ****** for about 1 day and swelled. The biggest surpise I ever got was from my Antillies pinktoe. It is totally docile and and predictable (were ever you put it, it just goes up). One day I was holding it and it crawled up on my back and I forgot about it. I sat down on the couch and leaned back on him and he bit the back of my arm (very tender skin!!!) That sucked. The Pinktoe survived and is currently chowing down a cockroach. As for the others (togo starburst, king baboon, sri lanken orn.) I keep my distance from them for my saftey and theirs. Although When I got the Sri Lanken, I fed her a cricket and she grabbed it, ran out on my arm to eat it, and began to web up my arm(that was pretty nerve racking).

yeah they are such good breeders, lots of ppl give em out with other purchases or if not they are prety cheap for Ts considering in all honestly they are one of the most awesome spiders period.Speaking of,I got mine out dude,I put a taller fake plant in its cage and was hoping it would make a new fortress in it off the ground soooooooo,I got it out of its old burrow and messed it up a bit.Spiders are used to remaking a fort in one night so nobody gripe at me for messin this one up,you almost always gotta do this in full cage cleanings anyways.Alright,so,she climbed up the side, and out, lol, onto the bathroom counter,up one wall, back down,on the lid I was holding,on to the cage, back down up the wall again, back to the lid across my handreptech;2530601; said:lmao im getting a obt for free

I always do this on the bathroom counter because theirs noplace it can squeez into in their.I let it go across my hand because by then I figured it was just looking for ground at that point. So now I can say I held my OBT for about 4 seconds, lmao.I cant believe it didnt run out of energy. It was fun but Ill tell you it can go wrong fast.I just checked, right back into the same hole, lol.Oh well it was worth it.Man shes got about 4 to 5 inchs in legs, awesome. They are awesome, but like most of the new world species,or at least the brachyapelmas they kick hairs like no tomarow.Just opening or bumping the cage makes them kick, but usualy these never bite and are know for being quite docile,my was in a bad mood.I pry could have handled it still but I didnt want to get tagged tonight,so I held my big ass obt instead, lol, for about 4 seconds. To anyone new to Ts the obt is a very agro spider and I was joking about wanting to hold it,I kind of just got the gonads while it was loose and let it run acroos my hand and arm.See,old world Ts dont have the uriticating hairs to flick at you witch means heir first move of defense is to flare up,run,or bite.B smithi is one of the most beautifull looking Ts,dry, mine climbs alot, not sure why,you dont want a tall tall cage because a high fall would be bad on it.reptech;2530808; said:how are B smithi's i always see everyone talking about them and oo ya i just put a order into ken
