I cant get my sister to get over to my house to get a picture of my fish do any of you have an idea of what this small white mark could be on the lower jaw of my fish? It is very small I am not too worried but I am wondering if this is something that could be given to any other fish in my tank?
it could be an injury from running into the glass perhaps, from the sound of it, it most likely is an injury that might have infection rather than just some random parasite
ttt any help or experience with what i should do and what this could be so I can do further research? Thanks guys
Does it look like an injury or an infection? You can always QT it or add some salt to the tank as a preventative measure.
I threw about 50 of these into the grass when I was catching Mayan cichlids in the Everglades. I was told they're illegal to keep in Florida, but I'm not entirely sure anymore.
