Just finished watching 47 Ronin,pretty good fantasy samurai film.
I read a few blogs saying that movie is a collage of other movies basically. Did you notice any familiar scenes or anything? It looks interesting.

And, Last Hurrah For Chivalry(1979). I ordered this one to see Fung Hak On. I have enjoyed so much of his work, but I never noticed how good he is with a weapon. I've always enjoyed his Praying Mantis style, but dont recall seeing him with weapons. Here he is (in white) against Wai Pai.

Yes I enjoyed AE, funny you mentioned Fu Sheng, I hated him for a loooong time, I thought he was overrated cause he died young, but just recently I've seen a few movies, I've really enjoyed of his.
I've never been a big fan of Fu Sheng's but back in the day I could tell he was one of the darlings of the studio or film company.He rarely died and he always kicked ass and got the upper hand in the end.I did like him in the Brave Archer series though.
