If you have multiple af aros, separate them out at 4" or the faster growing ones will beat on the smaller ones. At about 6", they'll stop tolerating same sex individuals and, occassionally, different sex individuals. I've only seen a few occassions where more than one af aro could be kept in a single tank. And, those were huge tanks.
