anyone keep fei fengs with there rays or any good fish that would clean algae

i do plecos. its hit or miss but just keep tryin till u get one that works. i had one with my rays for about 2 yrs with no problems, til my armatus killed him. then i got one that sucked on my rays, so he had to go. next one worked good and ive had him for about 6 months now.

I use an 18" bulb to light up my entire 375g.. I only get about 18" of algae growth a few inches from the top

I like to let the algae grow.. reduces nitrates, keeps things stable

I keep a 12" and a 10" with my rays and there are no problems whatsoever Brent. I do feed them well, so that could be a factor too. But you can pick it up anytime.
