A recommendable group would be at leat 6-7 IMHO. They will establish a pecking order and enforce it but not overly viciously. They grow rather slowly but once they reach over 8"-10", 125 gal will become too small.
They are fun and a group of 10 or so adults is a sight to behold. Try a search function too - there have been several recent threads on sun cats. Perhaps erroneously I thought you might have participated in them.
