Anyone keeping Mekong and Wels Catfish

Wels are also illegal to import to the USA, but I would love to get may hands on some especially the albinio

Are Arapaima Gigas legal to keep in US?

They're illegal in California, but I don't know about other states. I'm pretty sure they're illegal in the US in general. I have found a place that has some Arapaimas, but I'm not sure if they're for sale.
