Anyone keeping Mosquitofish in here?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have South Everglade holbrooki (both sexes are melanistic), Georgia holbrooki (only males are melanistic), Marbled rhizophorae (only males are melanistic), "feeder" holbrooki/affinis (possibly intergrades but no melanistic genes) from feeder tanks and a very old affinis female.

Used to work with albino mosquitofish, Innes mosquitofish (aquarium strains) and flexipenis vittata. Wont mind to work with them again.

I've kept them in a half whiskey barrel nano pond. Never touched them for three months, had many fry/sub-adults by the end of summer. I would try them in my pond, but worried they can't fight the skimmer (4000gph).
