I agree that tinfoils tend to do better in schools of 6 or more, but I don't think having 6 of them in 150 gallon is a good idea. They get big (I've seen some that were conservatively 16").
I think a school of 6 common silver dollars would be a better fit, although they can also be a bit skittish. Or maybe a school of bala sharks. Balas get big too, but not as big as TFs and although they are active swimmers, they were some of the most bold (non-skittish) fish I've ever had. They would beg for food as I stirred up the gravel and had a python in the tank for water changes.
back in the days i bought 1.. after a few days it died.. i asked my mate(LFS owner) he said they should be in a shoal.. so i bought 8 of them all survived until my neghbours kid overfeed the... now i have only five..
I bought 5 and they had a few niggles at eachother so i got 3 cheap and they are lots better, but they have never been skittish at all and to see them swimming round the tank together is soooo cool.
The more you can fit in the better for their behavior and ive never seen any fish eat so much,i swear if i kept putting food in all day they would continue to eat lol.
Mine are fed peas, massivore, prawn and they go mad for the very good value jmc catfish pellets as do all my other fish, basically they eat alot of anything.

i guess i'll get a pair or 4 more then when my lfs has them in! last night i fed the pair i just got and they seem a lot calmer now this morning. they are still a bit skittish but not as much as yesterday.
Oh I would love to see your L-330! I have a L190 with gold tiped fins and I love him, only pleco I have ever seen punk a silver Aro getting to close to his stump lol. I wanted mine to come out more but it just took time, and even then he likes to hang out in the dark for the most part.
