so, if your wife was interested in proofing a document, do you know what she would change?
since, i assume she's actually threw a firm, do you know what they would charge?

It would assume it would be the same as a typical contract.
it does go into a lot of aspects such as corporate responsibility, Intellectual property, as well as a few other areas.
There is very little computer jargon, i've done my best to keep it clean, tho I assume it'll be close to 3-4 pages. Trying to cover every aspect I can, with out beating things to death.
