anyone know about clocks?

so i finally hung the clock lol
i like it

time was working then stopped
not sure whats up with it

i didnt put any of the pieces back in
i just tried,and it worked!


it chimes at half hour
then it chimes on the hour
and what ever number hour it is is how many chimes go off
so at 1 it chimes once
at 12 it chimes 12 times! lol

glad it looks good in place

Beautiful antique clock... later i will look it up in my antique clock book... what is the name on it.. should be on the face somewhere... nice for grandfather to leave that to you...a treasure.Does it say anything else besides sessions... maybe inside?

only thing i see on it is sessions

yes i just have to have some time to look it up..i will later... yes you have a sessions clock... hope it is in this book..they list most but not all... quite a few pages on them..

here is one similiar to yours...see if yours measures close to these measurements... Sessions was circa 1910 ... these were the prices for 1998.. yours may be worth even more because it has more detail.... here is pic of mine... i love old clocks...

i see in the pic they have the round thing on,wonder what it would change on mine
