Check with the guys at your local motorcycle shop. I accidentally put a small tear in a motorcycle seat while it was on my tow truck, and they hooked me up for $40. You couldn't even tell it was ever ripped.

That's faux leather Infinti only uses real leather on the seat bottom and seat front.
