It look's like a sponge or a tunicate wish the picture wasn't so blurry but that would be my guess on what it is.

they almost look like acans
If they are, then you're VERY lucky
Or it could also be a sponge like the others said
 
its a sun coral look up the name on google images. but it requires no lights(nonphtosynthetic coral) and regular feedings of bi weekly or more often. i can tell that it is a hard coral in the pic by polyp formation, and i work in a fish store and i deal with alot of sun corals young and old plus dendrophyllia which are pretty easy as long as you remember to feed every so often. but get me a better pic for 100% identifaction. but im 99% sure that its a young sun coral.
