Anyone know what this is?

not really but why as the eye is not what is bothering me. The eye is slowly getting better that pic makes it worse than it is
 
hes 5-6 inches and the right eye is red red the left is red but has a scar from previous cloudy eye problem.

But its the adipose fin problem im trying to ascertain here
 
I dont see anything on any fins on that fish, his eye however looks horrible. perhaps its infected and has it not wanting to feed?
Whether or not this condition is not whats bothering you... It has to be effecting the fish more then some marks you can see , but dont show up in photos.
 
Yeah, the logics here is kinda backward. You're worried about the cosmetic of the fish instead of the well being of an irreplaceable eye
 
As i keep saying the eye is a lot better and gets better every day. Dont get me wrong its something that i am working on. His 'bad' eye is starting to become red again with a small mark 3-4 w/c a week are slowly working.

So to be clear people i do care about the eye and im working on it. You need not tell me to be concerned about it as i am but the fin thing is a new one on me and i needed your advice. BTW he is feeding again just being picky.

Sorry to be so terse but being told im not working on something when i have repeatedly stated that i am irks me.
 
As you can see it is a lot better-taken today during water change

In the second pic you can see the white lump on his adipose, this isnt to say his eye is perfect but its a lot better for one its red again!
