Anyone know what type of african cichlid this is?

well here is my female lithobate z rock.... notice the 3 black bars... i thought this was a distinct feature of a female z rock or do i just have specific species of z rock??

wait maybe yours does have the 3 bars, i just cant really tell because of the blurry pic

yeah she does have those but they aren't that dark... she is a little color faded though because she is a rescue from a very aggressive tank she was in previously..

here we go with the hybrid stuff.It is not a hybrid just because picture is not clear it dose not mean that it's a hybrid..

its all good, i said maybe... just doesn't look like a female lithobate in that picture, but now that i see th op mentioned the fish was stressed, maybe thats why the spots on the side weren't distinctive.
