anyone ordered from SubstrateSource?

I'm looking into getting a different color sand for my tank and, came across this company. Just wanna know if anyone has had any experience with them.

Last company I ordered from I never received anything from them so I'm being cautious.

First off that's not cool at all I hope you at least got your money back.
Never dealt with them but if you want red sand try calling around to your local sandblasting supply stores to see if they carry garnet, as $5 for 3 lbs seems pretty pricy.

I ordered a java fern mat from them and it came in great with no problem, the plants were very healthy

That seems really expensive to me, especially when you factor in shipping. Sand blasting sand is what I would look for.
