Miles, I hate to tell ya this, but you are WAY off, lol... Trachycorystes trachycorystes is a different species. This one is MUCH rarer and from Brazil. The reason they are so expensive is because of their large size, they need large boxes and alot of water weight comes with full-bodied fish. A single one of these is probably more expensive to import than a single large stingray.
