Anyone owns a Parachanna Obscura (SH)

I'm thinking of removing all the bogwood i have in my tank, and maybe even the sand.
Thinking of having a few caves made out of plastic or something for a while.

The point of this is to feed them alot, since they are messy eaters i wont have to move my wood all the time just becuase i need to clean.

If i can get them to grow to an adult size where i they can eat small chunks in whole, instead of rippiing them.

Do you think its wise to do so?

mine is very peaceful, is tankmates are 2 bichir palmas 20cm,1 ray 14cm , 2 banjo cats , 1 12cm pleco , 2 senegalus 12cm and 15cm. is only agressive to feder fish,
i can put my fingers inside tank ,still dont now if mine is obscura or insignis,they are very similar

I'd really want to have bichir, but ill think ill wait a while.

I miss my obscura. Had one about 4 years ago and haven't seen one since.

My supplier can provide me with more if i want.

But i'll wait and see.

Can i have other snakeheads with the osbcura?
