i just play on facebook, zynga i think its called? no real money is involved

you sure andy? all those sites are "offshore" for a reason.

I thought a few years ago they solved this issue, and that they are offshore so they could 'dutch sandwich'

eh, well, my interests has always been more on sports betting then poker so you're probably right.

i'm positive they're offshore though to create a grey area though as well as the other benefits

Yeah one of the guys busted is an Executive of a large bank in our state. The Money laundering is what is getting them. Unfortunately that makes the entire operation illegal. They host the site of shore, but the funds they used to create, invest in and fund/promote the sites were laundered from banks, inverters and credit unions. Im surprised so many people are shocked about this...
