Shoot thats what i call a good time:headbang2

A car in a straight line...how much simpler is that. Balance a 390lb+ bike, and launch it at 7,000 rpm and hold it in a strait line let alone two wheels be more worried about one. Now granted mine won't do that now but I had the motor done before anything. It is now getting rebuilt as said and I should have it back in hopefully a week. I'll take pics then.

try and get an ihra licience! and maybe driving IS the easy part, setting the chassis to leave straight and set the tune to get the most out of it, ask anyone w/ a holley! jets and lots of em! some people think that fast strret cars are hard to drive, try actually racing one

try chaining 3 cars together and racing on a 1/4 mile oval. sounds easy till your doing 60 mph towards the wall! w/ 9000 lbs of cars. oh yeah nobody drives the middle car

my quad weighs 450lbs minus me. it goes where it wants! so ya i know

:screwy: There is other forms of motorsport than drag racing and nascar, some even involve turning tight corners... ;)

Re-read his post, he's not talking about drag racing and neither am I.

And for the record, yes I know its hard work keeping a drag car in a straight line and I respect the guys that do it, but its still nothing compared with formula 1, WRC, A1GP, BTCC/JGTC etc etc. What I was getting at is that if he's keeping up with the rich guys in their porsches and lambos through the corners and only losing them on the straights then he's doing well.

maybe we can give some love to SCCA, RALLY, BAJA, and all other forms!
