Anyone remember this TV show?

Angel was on for five years, the black guy, Gunn, didn't come on for the first couple of years. They didn't drive around looking for criminals and alot of the demons did not have ordinary faces. Or so I've heard having never actually seen the show myself.
This is becoming more difficult than I first thought.....The show may have been on USA network or something like that.....It was 2 guys late 20's early 30's one white guy one black guy......I believe the premise of the show was to let people know that demons are the one's out commiting crimes on humanity not normal people....Anyhow I really can't remember any more than that...But one or both of these guys could see them (demons) for what they were and normal people couldn't...That is how they found them .....
