I don't have a real first person account of seeing it but supposedly two snake head have been turned over to the Ohio DNR this year. Just out of the maumee river/lake erie, I will see if I can confirm this by an officer that I know.

That is interesting because I am pretty sure that river flows all the way through Ohio and right through the city I live in Indiana.

I'm wondering if they taste something like a northern pike. prolly abit different.. but just about any fish battered 'n deep fried is tasty .

that was a sweet episode. i wish that you could still get them. it really bugs me cause i highly doubt they could survive here in utah. maybe down be arizona but still 4 foot channel catfish and 3 foot stripers would eat them like candy. i saw one for sale about 2 years ago in a asian market. wish i would have bought him!!!
