Anyone want to Split Transshipping Costs to SoCal????

I just ordered a betta from Thailand who will be shipped to Colorado on the 28th to Linda Olson. (Im not using Julie Tran in California due to a previous bad experience). The transhipping is currently costing me $38 for one betta. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that happen to be doing something similar and wanted to share shipping costs.

Edit: If someone REALLY recommends using Julie Tran and wants to not go outside california, then I'd give it another go.
 
I was just reading a thread on aquariacentral.com about airport to airport as well. If you've got a lot of stuff and would be willing to let me throw my little guy in, I'd be happy to throw in $15 towards the $100 airport to airport costs. Anyone shipping their fish to SoCal???
 
Must be a really nice or killer betta...

if you haven't ordered yet, direct me to a stocklist... I may be interested in a couple things from thailand...
 
I bought a betta from smilebetta through aquabid.com. It's going to be shipped to the US for $5, but the US overnight postage hits a lot harder. Here is a pic of the betta...

I think one it is. I thought about a female, but I'm not sure I'm really interested in breeding. Shipping just split right now would still be about $20. However, I might have another person interested, so there is possibility for splitting it 3 ways. I'll keep you posted.
