I personally favor with Fluval products, for instant introduce fish to any new setup tank I used Hagen Fluval Biological Enhancer, dose it daily for 3 days then dose it weekly water change for first 2 or 3 weeks then your filter bio will take over with ease, this method will cut the normal cycle time in your aquarium in half as normal way would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete bio cycle.
