Aponogeton madagascariensis tips?

Its one of my favorites, although I have poor luck with it in the tanks I want it in, but I had it grow massive and take over a 10 gallon that I just set two crappy lights on and ignored for months at a time.

Yea I didn't realize the size this beast would grow! I was too focused on all the other elements this plant needed w/o knowing its capability! Its making a 40b look a tad small!

I must say my sae's and Otto cats love grazing on the plant! They don't hurt it, just keep it clean!

Been planted for 10 weeks or 70 days obviously from post #1 to now is incredibly amazing results!


Biggest leaf is 2 foot +!

Its thrilling to keep and maintain! It adds such a great element of tranquility, not only in the tank but the house!

For my 1st crack at planted tanks ive struck gold!
