i dont know the story behind this pic but......... its highly likely that a "retail store" took in the fish........ from some hobbyist who couldnt keep it anymore....... i'm sure they are aware of the confinement issues.......... more than likely there are no other tanks available.......... so what should one do?........ let the fish die a slow death? not take in the fish?........ perhaps people should sell, import, buy such a fish.......

Don't take this the wrong way MFK............ but if there wasnt a demand for such fish from "advanced hobbyist" or fish keepers in general......... many of your "prized" specimins would not be available......... "from the forest itself comes the handle for the axe" quote Matiyahu...... its a fine line we must walk when crying foul.........
