Here are the two beauties. They lay eggs about twice per week. Just wanted to share the pics I took before I scraped the eggs off ...

K - Do you just throw them away? Let them hatch? Is it possible to feed a fish with it? Perhaps feed the babies to some clown loaches?

Howdy,

Yeah, I only let the very first batch hatch, now I just toss the eggs. I do not have loaches, and I will move in a couple of months, so I want to cut down on livestock. It just doesn't make sense for me to breed them at this point.

I bred apple snails a few years ago, but it took forever for them to grow big enough so that I could sell them to my LFS. Now I just enjoy my two adults.

I just wished they'd invest more energy in growing rather than reproducing...
